It's taken me decades, seven of them, to discover the secrets of handling tricky situations and difficult people. Getting rid of fearful expectations and realising my potential as a person did not come easily. It's still a work in progress and will remain so until my dying day. It's a joyful journey rather than a task and the benefits I have enjoyed, and still enjoy each and every day, have persuaded me that others should also have the chance to be free and fulfilled.
